0.) introduction
You do not need a premium account to purchase land from RapidSL Sun Estate,
neither do you have to pay monthly fees to Linden Labs.

1.) Regions
1.1) residential regions:
Netia, Netia Prime, Netia Palms
1.1.1) open space regions
Netia Northbank, Netia Shores, Netia Sands, Netia Isles, Netia Soutbeach,
Terra Epsilon, Terra Maris
Sunny Island

1.2) commercial regions:
1.2.1) Terra
Terra Neo, Terra Micron, Terra Tetris, Terra Solaris, Terra Nautica, Terra Paradise,
Terra Tron, Terra Nexus, Terra Sol, Terra Luna, Terra Oxx

1.2.2) Sun normal
Sun City, Sun Life

1.2.3) Sun special
Sun Prestige, Eco One

1.2.4) Utopia
Utopia City, Utopia Islands West, Utopia Islands South, Utopia Islands North

1.2.5) Comunicore
Comunicore

2.) Rules
2.1) general rules
- no skyboxes below 300m altitude
- keep 0,5m - 1m distance to the border of the land
- no banlines
- no prim littering, don't leave unused objects on the land
- terraforming is restricted to the possibilities of the built-in SL Tool
- create smooth connections to your neighbouring parcel when terra forming, no hard edges
- no harrassing or intimidations of the other residents
- no monitoring or spy scripts
- no illegal porn
- no gambling or casino
- security scripts must give 20sec time before taking action
- no weaponsuse or PvP (Payer vs. Player) Combat
- no huge prims / mega prims (primitive objects bigger than 10 meters)
- no temp rezzer objects
- you are not allowed to ban residents owning land on RapidSL Sun Estate from your parcel
- freely choosable teleport
- public access
- subdividing and joining of parcels is possible
- resale of parcels is possible

2.1.1) residential regions
- only for residential purposes
- no commercial use or structures
- no shops, no vendor machines, no advertising
- no permanent banlines, only temporary during your online time, use security scripts instead
- maximum height of buildings 40 meters, ask if exceptions are possible

2.1.2) commercial regions
- intended for shops, malls, clubs and so on (use for residential purpose is also allowed)
- no advertisings greater than 20 by 20 m in size or maximum 400 sqm
- give advertisings some space between them
- no ban lines allowed
- not more than one flying advertisement board per 10000 sqm
- maximum height of buildings 100 meters, ask if exceptions are possible

2.1.3) open space regions:
- intended for residential use
- terra forming needs prior permission
- terra forming must reflect island style with vast water spaces
- commercial use needs prior permission, ask before you buy

2.2) additional rules

2.2.1) return of parcels
Currently we do not buy back parcels. Residents have to sell the parcels by themself.

2.2.2) exchange of parcels
Within the regions of Rapid Sims Estate it is possible to change parcels.
Usually an extra fee is charged for this service, except that the new bought lot is bigger than the old parcel
or a different agreement was made when the parcel was bought.

2.2.3) camping
not more than one camper per 1536 sqm, ask if exceptions are possible
2.2.4) huge prims
huge prims are not complety prohibited in the regions listed under 1.2.2) only.
huge prims are only not prohibited as floor tiles not bigger than 20 by 20 meters.

2.2.5) Utopia City
Utopia City has a prim bouns factor of 8.5%

2.2.6) prim land
water channels and roads are part of the infrastructure and will be as additional land to extend
the amount of prims. In case You rent this kind of land to increase the amount of Your available
prims, all roads, pavements and channel covers must remain intact. Same rules apply for the
name and the description of this special prim land. "Auto Return" and "Create Objects" must be
deactivated, "object Entry" and "Run Scripts" must be set activ for "All Residents". It is mandatory
for the owners of primland to make the properties and settings for the prim land accordingly.

3.) pricing
You purchase the land directly at Rapid Sims and have to pay
Rapis Sims the land fee every month. Landfee payment has
to be made every month in advance.

our billing system will send messages at the beginning of the month
informing that the payboxes on Terra Tetris are updated and ready.

If you are late with your payment Rapid Sims will send you a message. Seven days
after the due date the land will be returned to Rapid Sims
without compensation.

in case that the provider of Second Life (TM) changes his pricing and/or ToS, RapidSL reserves the right to make adjustments.

3.1) normal
prices for the regions listed under 1.1), 1.2.1), 1.2.2), 1.2.5)
land fee per month: 835 L$ per 512 sqm

3.2) Utopia
prices for the regions listed under 1.2.4)
land fee per month: 1000 L$ per 512 sqm

3.3) open space region
prices for the regions listed under 1.1.1)
land fee per month: 28500 L$ per 65536 sqm

3.4) prim land
and fee per month: 650 L$ per 100 prims (attention: prims, not sqm)

3.5) Sun special
for various reasons these region are under special administration of Lou Lamant.
Please ask before.
